Returns & Exchanges
DOMESTIC RETURNS
- If you would like to return your purchase, send us an email at shopilovebonbon@hotmail.com to begin the process. Please include the phrase "Return Request" in the subject line.
- Full-priced items may be returned for store credit.
- Sale merchandise and all Jewelry is FINAL SALE and may not be returned or exchanged.
- Returns are accepted if postmarked within 15 days of delivery. Items returned after 15 days will not be accepted.
- We are unable to offer price adjustments on any purchases.
- Merchandise must be returned in its original condition, unwashed, unworn, with all tags in place.
- All bodysuits, bralettes, bras and other Intimates are FINAL SALE.
- If you receive an item which is damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- I Love Bon Bon, et al., reserves the right to deny any return if the merchandise returned does not comply with our Returns policy.
- Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- We are unable to accommodate direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange, please return your order and place a new one.
- Damage from pets, pet hair, or smoke voids any return.
SEND US YOUR exchange ITEM
- All return items must be mailed to the following address: Bon Bon Vintage 3821 S Tuttle Ave, Sarasota, FL 34239
- Please use a known carrier such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx with a tracking number to ensure your package is not lost. You are responsible for return postage.
- Please send return items with the original order/return slip. If your order/return slip is lost, please print out your order confirmation email and include it with your return package.
- Please keep tracking information for your return package until the refund amount has been posted to your account.
IN-STORE RETURNS
- Purchases made online can be exchanged to our retail store in Sarasota, FL, located at the following address: Bon Bon Vintage 3821 S Tuttle Ave, Sarasota, FL 34239
- Please bring the items(s) you would like to exchange along with your original invoice or a printed copy of your order confirmation email.
STORE CREDITS
- Store Credits can only be used once and will not be reissued in the event of loss.
Shipping
We offer FREE U.S. Standard Shipping on orders over $100. So what are you waiting for? Start shopping!
U.S. SHIPPING
- Shipping rates are calculated during checkout.
- We ship our orders using USPS (United States Postal Service) and UPS. Orders are usually processed and leave our warehouse within 2-3 business days of your order date, excluding weekends and holidays. You will be notified via email once your order has been shipped and be provided with a tracking number. Expect to receive your order within 5-7 business days from your order date, unless you have selected an expedited shipping option.
- We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, including carrier delays. If you have any issues with your order once it's left our warehouse, please contact the carrier first as they are best at locating your package.
- If there is a mistake with your shipping address, please email us at shopilovebonbon@hotmail.com to correct this ASAP. If your order is sent to an incorrect address and returned to us, you will be responsible for paying shipping fees again. Please double check your orders!
- If you need your order by a certain date, please contact us at shopilovebonbon@hotmail.com and we will happily assist you in determining the best shipping method.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
- In addition to domestic shipping, we are pleased to offer international shipping to the United Kingdom.
- Please note that chalk paint cannot be shipped internationally at this time.
